The Board of the La Reata Ranch Subdivision Property Owners Association has developed this policy to address loose domestic animals within the La Reata Ranch Subdivision in violation of the POA CCRs. While the POA does not want to restrict any landowners from keeping domestic animals on their property, it must be recognized that the CCR restrictions were developed to protect members from injury and damage resulting from loose domestic animals and to be consistent with county ordinances.
