• January - All Invoices mailed out no later than end of January.
• February - Payment of fees due by the end of February.
• March - Grace period. Late fees (interest) begin accruing if not paid by the last day of March.
• May - Reminder call from a Board Member.
• November - Written notification that dunning letter from the POA attorney will be forthcoming and amount due will include legal fees incurred for the letter.
• January - Fees overdue by one year. Dunning letter mailed by attorney and amount due includes legal fees. Board members will continue quarterly efforts to collect.
• January - Liens will be filed for fees two years or more past due.

Collection of all overdue fees will include late fees (interest) and legal fees if Dunning letters or liens have been invoked.
